How to use this calculator

Use the weighted admission calculator to estimate a university admission percentage from your high school, aptitude, and achievement results. You can adjust all three weights to match the published formula of the university or program you are considering.

Quick examples

  • High school 90% × 30%
  • Aptitude test 80% × 30%
  • Achievement test 85% × 40%
  • Combined weighted admission percentage = 85%

Steps

  1. Enter each score from 0 to 100.
  2. Adjust the three admission weights so their total equals 100%.
  3. Optionally enter a target admission percentage.
  4. Select Calculate weighted admission and review the result, contributions, and target gap.
What is a weighted admission percentage?

It combines multiple admission scores by multiplying each score by its assigned weight, then adding the contributions.

Can I change the weights?

Yes. Universities and programs may use different formulas, so you can edit all three weights as long as their total is 100%.

Does reaching the target guarantee admission?

No. The result is an estimate only. Admission thresholds, available seats, conditions, and published weights can change.
